"Before you be, you must become"

THE ARTIST

I've been dancing for as long as I can remember. My Lebanese upbringing and siblings shaped my love for Arabic, R&B, and Hip-Hop music. Over time, my style has evolved, drawing inspiration from a variety of cultures and dance forms. I have a knack for observing, absorbing, and mastering different styles, making each my own.

But my creativity doesn’t stop at dance. I have a deep love for rap poetry, creative writing, and anime—all of which serve as mediums for self-expression and storytelling. While I haven't devoted as much time to these pursuits as I'd like, they remain powerful influences on my artistic expression and inspiration.

THE ATHLETE

I’ve never competed at the highest level or pushed to be the best in any specific endeavor. While I’ve always been relatively active, I’ve often been outshined by other athletes—whether due to genetic advantages or obsessive drive. Still, I’ve remained consistent with my training, always persevering and improving, developing new skills, and focusing on creating balance in my body. The closer I get to the top, the more apparent the gap becomes, but my attention is also spread across other areas of my life.

At 18, I discovered bodybuilding and powerlifting, setting a goal to reach 80kg at 10% body fat, which I achieved a decade later. Along the way, I hit notable strength feats, including a 220kg beltless deadlift, a 185kg beltless back squat, and a 127.5kg bench press.

Over more than a decade of training, I’ve avoided major injuries by focusing on technique, longevity, and lifts others overlook. Today, I prioritize mobility and endurance while maintaining strength and size, working towards a balanced, resilient physique.

THE PHILOSOPHER

My journey as a philosopher began out of curiosity but evolved through necessity. Raised in Melbourne, Australia, by Lebanese-born parents within a culturally Orthodox Christian community, I was shaped by the values of my upbringing. While I appreciated the moral foundation it provided, I eventually felt compelled to seek answers beyond those limits.

Naturally curious and intelligent, I excelled in mathematics and science but struggled with assignments that felt forced or impractical. As a teenager, I began questioning my upbringing, driven by a desire to understand life on my terms. This internal conflict led to decisions that would profoundly impact my life.

After finishing school, I found myself directionless, which led to periods of depression and indulgence in hedonistic pleasures. Despite some material successes, I lacked a deeper sense of purpose.

At 24-25, a series of life-changing events gave me clarity and direction, returning me to my philosophical journey. I immersed myself in the ideas of human nature and consciousness, drawing inspiration from both ancient wisdom and modern discoveries. With this newfound insight, my purpose became clear: to guide, teach, and inspire others towards self-mastery and a meaningful, healthy life.
